**Location**:Porto, Hipercentro Areosa Business Park

**Working from home/office -**Hybrid working model (2 days per week in office)

**What’s the role about?**

Provide operational procurement support for GKN plants internationally within the GBS Procurement Porto service related scope.

**What you'll do?**
- Perform daily operational GBS procurement contract and order management related activities according to instructions: price updates, price validation and price discrepancy resolution, requisition validation, purchase order creation and follow-up.
- Perform month-end related operational activities, such as extraction of reports and simple data preparation to use in reports.
- Communicate efficiently with the main internal stakeholders: local and global teams, Accounts Payable Team; and external suppliers whenever necessary.
- Communicate efficiently within the team being a team player.
- Learn and develop technical and process related skills.
- Adhere to service levels.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Support others by carrying out simple procurement tasks. Involves following established procedures.
- Work with guidance but not constant supervision for the execution of the daily and monthly activities.
