LEGAL COUNSEL (JOB NUMBER: 2301LGL13933) **About the job** - Provide legal advice to the CIB business ensuring the strictest compliance with legal laws at all time **Your Main Activities Are** - Management of contractual documentation to set up arrangements with suppliers and providers - Supporting other Legal team members on specific projects - Drafting and revision of documents concerning Corporate Governance and delegations - Guidance and advice on daily business requests/queries - Revision of provisions and general terms and conditions applicable to accounts, transactions and payment instruments, and other banking contractual documentation - Support the Head of Legal in regards Generic Control Plan and on Regulatory Watch - Authentication of documents and signatures of the legal representatives of BNP Paribas in its capacity of a lawyer - Management of contractual documentation to set up arrangements with suppliers and providers, including intra-group SLA’s - Rendering effective legal assistance in the preparation of legal opinions, studies and reports as required from time to time - To follow up the litigation files **Profile and Skills to Success** - BSc.
