Job Summary:
As a Junior Management Controller, you will support our management team in monitoring and analyzing financial information to make informed business decisions and prepare financial business cases for our projects, reporting directly to the senior management. You will work closely with different departments, including finance, accounting, procurement, engineering, and operations, to collect and systematize financial information, for reporting and preparation of economic models, budgeting, and financial projections. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis including cash flow projections on corporate or project level
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conducting ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as required
- Preparing financial models for renewable energy projects
- Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
**Requirements**:
- Degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in management/financial control or financial audit, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of English language
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
