The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from wind and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a **Junior Financial Controller**.

In this role, you will assist the financial team with daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. You will support the company’s growth and contribute to strategic initiatives in the renewable energy sector.

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will work alongside more senior team members to assist in developing financial strategies, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. You will gain valuable experience in financial audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Some experience or internship in financial control or a similar role (experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus).
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficient in using financial management software (e.g., ERP systems, advanced MS Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and an ability to collaborate with teams.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Support the financial team in developing financial reporting systems, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
