Able to convey messages and explain sophisticated ideas in simple terms

Able to easily adapt to change, ambiguity and setbacks with an optimistic perspective
**What You Will Do**:
Work with a team to deliver investigation projects covering a wide range of topics from all EMEA markets
Coordinate and complete metric/issue deep and shallow dives with a diverse team of Customer Insights Analysts
Analyze support interactions and data sets to identify the root causes of defect and customer dissatisfaction
Translate data into useful insights and present findings through clear visual representations (i.e charts, tables, diagrams, etc)
Use data to build an engaging story around the customer experience and bring the audience on board with your recommendations
Work on additional projects that enhance and improve the CI team critical metrics and OKRs
Support in the development and performance of the team
**What You Will Need**:
Good knowledge of Google suite
Basic understanding of statistics
Strong data visualization: Excel and Google Charts and tables
Demonstrable ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets using formulas and pivot tables
Excellent level of English, spoken and written
Outstanding reading comprehension skills
Good communication skills
Strong organization skills. A good understanding of project management principles will offer an advantage.
