**Role**: Senior Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist.

**Location: Hybrid, Lisbon**.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Min. 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist;
- Experience working on multiple projects involving Microsoft Customer Insights;
- Expertise in aggregating data from various sources into Customer Insights;
- Familiarity with Big Data concepts and advanced analytics techniques;
- Proficient in Power BI (designing and deploying interactive dashboards);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dataverse environments;
- Experience with Azure and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus;
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, including Power BI and Azure (plus);
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
