**Hard Skills**:
Degree in Human Resources Management (preferred) or equivalent;
Knowledge in national labor legislation (preferred);
Experience in Payroll functions (preferred);
Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
**Soft Skills**:

Aptitude for organization and analytical reasoning;
Sense of responsibility and autonomy;
Entrepreneur and proactive;
Availability to travel (within and outside the country) within the scope of specific projects.
