**What you will do**

The Cvent Data Verification Specialist will be responsible for performing the Cvent Data Verification for Global Congress, ensuring outsourced supplier compliance to Amgen policies and audit requirements.
- Audits all outsourced billing backup and budgets for in scope global congresses per separate EU and US processes.
- Ensure all supporting documents are accurate and uploaded into Cvent
- Reviews program hotel contracts and confirms that all terms and concessions are reflected in final bills.
- Reviews all supplier fees entered in CVENT and on final invoices
- Reviews all 3rd party supplier billing and cross check against CVENT entries/Client Billing
- Tracks and reports on audit findings and monetary value of lost savings and discrepancies.
- Audit MSA fulfilments, e.g., KPI/ Rate Card / Corporate rate
- Purchase Order Research/Reconciliation
- Maintains frequent external contact with suppliers, and hotels.
- Communicates with GCC Logistics Leads and escalates to them when required
- Maintains strict confidentiality of employee, financial and company records
- Other duties as assigned.

**Primary Responsibilities**

100% - Congress Operations; Audit the final billing, invoice backup, and budget entries for all global congresses in scope. Review all agency fees, make sure congress hotel entries accurate, review all third-party receipts/costs. Audit final budget summaries and savings capture forms to confirm that both are accurate and entered the client tracking system correctly. Communicate errors to outsourced suppliers, confirm corrections are made, and track corrections. Track discrepancies in the system and provide reports as required. Cross trained on Cvent Meeting Data Verification for back up support.
