**What you will do**
The GMM Manager, Cvent Data Verification & TMEA Meetings Oversight will be responsible for managing and performing the Cvent Data Verification Process for ELMAC & JAPAC, ensuring outsourced supplier compliance to Amgen policies and audit requirements as well as managing the meetings program in TMEA.

**What we expect of you**
**Cvent Data Verification**
- Audits all outsourced billing backup and budgets for in scope meetings.
- Reviews program hotel contracts and confirms that all terms and concessions are reflected in final bills.
- Tracks and reports on audit findings and monetary value of lost savings and discrepancies.
- Ensure all supporting documents are accurate and uploaded into Cvent
- Tracks and monitors data quality in Cvent, partner with GMM on supplier QBR’s on audit findings.
- Audit MSA fulfilments, e.g., KPI/ Rate Card / Corporate rate
- Purchase Order Research/Reconciliation
- Maintains frequent external contact with suppliers, and hotels.
- Provides training, support, and guidance for team members supporting JAPAC and ELMAC’s Cvent Data Verification Process.
- Trains suppliers as needed on closeout procedures, in partnership with Global Meeting Audit Manager
- Maintains strict confidentiality of employee, financial and company records.
- Works with Global Meeting Audit Manager to ensure the minimum requirements are met for Audit and Compliance.

**TMEA Meetings Oversight**
- Manage the strategic meetings management program (operations) for Amgen in the TMEA region.
- Ensure spend data is captured accurately in meeting management technology platform (Cvent)
- Ensure roles & responsibilities are clear when working with multiple agencies
- Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures by both the budget owners and all outside agencies
- Manage regional budget and data reporting management, data integrity & validation of savings, QBR’s & KPI’s
- Drive the accountability of compliance with internal Amgen policies and procedures to ensure consistency, operational efficiencies, and integration within audit requirements.
- Provides expert guidance on best practices for meetings & events
- Partners with business on developing and executing program objectives (data, etc.)
- Collaborate with business partners to identify areas for continuous organizational improvements
- Work closely with GMM team on process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Manage regional preferred agencies
- Lead QBR’s and manage KPI’s
- Management of venue find services provided by agency
- Training
- Agency issues escalation and identification of developmental needs
- Ensure agency(s) is developing and executing effective programs within scope, on time and within budget
**Primary Responsibilities**
40% - TMEA Meeting Operations; Audit the final billing, invoice backup, and budget entries for all meetings with a logistics agency. Compare hotel contract terms and concessions to hotel bills, assuring terms and concessions are reflected. Audit final budget summaries and savings capture forms to confirm that both are accurate and entered the client tracking system correctly. Communicate errors to outsourced suppliers, confirm corrections are made, and track corrections. Track discrepancies in the system and provide reports as required.
40% - TMEA Meeting Manager; Manage the strategic meetings management program (operations) for Amgen in the TMEA region. Manage regional preferred agencies.
20% - Manage Cvent Data Verification Process for ELMAC & JAPAC Regions. Ensure team members are trained and managing workload effectively and efficiently.
