**YOUR ROLE**:
**Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team working on a challenging project in the public healthcare sector. The role will focus primarily on requirements analysis and managemen, contributing to scalable and high-performance digital platforms that support essential healthcare services.**
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- **Academic Background: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field;**
- **Minimum 6 years of experience in business/functional analysis;**
- **Experience in Healthcare Business;**
- **Proficiency in modeling languages/notations (UML and BPMN);**
- **Experience in system functional specifications and documentation;**
- **Knowledge of platforms like Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and/or Azure;**
- **Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban);**
- **Fluency in Portuguese.**

- **Gather requirements from stakeholders;**
- **Prepare and maintain requirements documentation.**
