Percassi is an Italian company whose activities include the development and 360° management of franchised commercial networks of the main Retail brands (Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath&Body Works, LEGO®, Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Garmin and Starbucks in the food and beverage sector) and of own brand commercial networks (e.g. KIKO Milano, Womo and Bullfrog in cosmetics, Atalanta in the sports sector, Dmail in e-commerce). Percassi also operates in the real estate sector for the development of important commercial projects.

We are opening a **NEW** **VICTORIA'S SECRET** **STORE** in Norte Shopping (Porto)

The Store Manager we are looking for provides leadership that drives the customer experience, overall operational execution and total store results. The Store Manager drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies. Leads company initiatives and ensures maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- To reflect the spirit of Victoria's Secret in our shops ensuring that every customer connects with the brand through a positive and enjoyable experience.
- To take care of every detail of your shop, your product and your relationship with the customer to make every moment unique and memorable.
- Carry out and respect every day all the guidelines and strategies established to achieve the company's objectives.
- Communicate and spread the values and culture of Victoria's Secret, raising awareness of the brand and building customer loyalty
- Supervise the team's activities, evaluating their performance through constant feedback and follow-ups to achieve shop objectives
- Management of all operational tasks for the good running of the shop (Visual Merchandising, Delivery, warehouse and stock control, checkout area control, etc...).
- Requirements of the rol:_
- Previous experience of at least 5 years as Store Manager.
- Good ability to analyse sales KPI's
- Demonstrated ability to delegate, effectively follow up and communicate with all levels of the company
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in team management of more than 15 people
- High level of English
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, weekends and opening holidays
