Percassi is an Italian company whose activities include the development and 360° management of franchised commercial networks of the main Retail brands (Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath&Body Works, LEGO®, Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Garmin and Starbucks in the food and beverage sector) and of own brand commercial networks (e.g. KIKO Milano, Womo and Bullfrog in cosmetics, Atalanta in the sports sector, Dmail in e-commerce). Percassi also operates in the real estate sector for the development of important commercial projects.

- We are looking for a
- **Brand Delivery Manager** with a real passion for fashion.
- The brand delivery manager provides leadership that drives total store results with specific ownership for the product lifecycle and merchandise presentation. Drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies. Supports growth in sales and service and ensures maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- What do we expect from you?_
- To reflect the spirit of Victoria's Secret in our shops ensuring that every customer connects with the brand through a positive and enjoyable experience.
- To ensure that visual merchandising presentation standards are achieved and maintained, including identifyingmand driving sell down strategies.
- To ensure back room is organized to standard and processes are followed to drive efficient product flow.
- To ensure strategy is in place to optimize use of all non-sales space including back room, associate areas and off-site storage.
- To support, model and enhance all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze customer experience reports.
- To Attract, recruit and hire a highly qualified team to support the functions of product flow and visual merchandising.
- To partner with store manager to establish clear performance goals and objectives
- Requirements of the rol:_
- Previous management experience
- Demonstrated ability to delegate, effectively follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Fluently in English
- Flexibility to work in rotational timetable, including evenings and weekends
