We are looking for a talented and competitive **ONECare Sales Specialist (M/F) **to join our Lisbon** **office who will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition. **Reports to One Care Team Leader** As ONECare Sales Specialist you are responsible for contractual matters for our ONEcare clients from rate quotation to contract filing to OPUS. You are expected to actively educate our ONECare clients towards fully utilising ONE's growing range of self-service tools and take care of appropriate human intervention as and when needed. You act as an escalation point for cases that cannot be resolved by our ONECare Service team with regards to contract related matters of our ONECare clients on aggregate level. **Main responsibilities**: **Promoting self-service tools** You proactively encourage our ONECare customers to make full use of the technical and self-service tools ONE offers. In order to do so you need to keep up-to-date on the latest development and implementation stages and make our valuable ONEcare clients recognise the added value these tech enables will have for their business. Since this may be less applicable to our Reefer / Special Cargo business a more hands-on coverage may be required here. **Contract Support** You are responsible for contract related matters for regular/long term business and - where applicable - for Reefer / Special Cargo. You provide ad hoc support and follow-up on /respond to Sales Leads if/when human intervention is required. As such you act as the escalation point on service issues that could not be solved by the ONECare Service team. **Account Plan** You take care of maintenance and monitoring of existing and about-to

**We are looking for**: - Higher education in international trade or similar - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, in the shipping industry - Highly proficient in spoken and written English - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially) - Experience working with collaborative CRM tools - Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player - Sense of urgency and strong drives to deliver results - Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Organizational and planning skills - Multitasking, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills **What we offer**: - An international and ambitious working environment - Professional growth in the shipping industry - The remuneration depends on your experience and knowledge.
