As a Microsoft Sales Specialist (Data, GenAI,...), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiating terms and pricing agreements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Data and GenAI spaces
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft offering
