**Mission**

**Are you passionate about improving digital collaboration and empowering users with Microsoft 365?**
Inetum is looking for a dedicated **Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist** to join our team and provide expert support, training, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools in a modern enterprise environment.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365 apps including **Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online**.
- Collaborate with **Level 1 support teams** to resolve complex user concerns.
- Deliver tailored **training sessions, guides, and resources** to improve user confidence and productivity.
- Collect and analyze **user feedback** to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools to meet specific **organizational and team needs**.
- Implement **accessibility features** and promote inclusive software usage.
- Enhance team collaboration by ensuring seamless **integration of Microsoft 365 apps**.
- Maintain up-to-date **documentation** of configurations, best practices, and recurring issue resolutions.
- Work closely with infrastructure teams (**Network, Wintel, Security**) and stakeholders to align tools with business needs.
- Provide **process training** to business owners and promote best practices.

**Profile**
- Minimum of **5 years' experience** in a similar Microsoft 365-focused role.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on expertise in **Microsoft 365 services**: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
- Background in **Enterprise Data Management** and data governance solutions.
- Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting** for automation and customization.
- Knowledge of **UX principles** and **accessibility standards**.
- Ability to bridge technical solutions with real user needs.
- Strong communication skills for training and support.
- Fluent in **English (B2-C1 level)**.
