SUMMARY:
Lead and own the output, quality, and velocity of Zumub’s technology team. Balance priorities with long-term maintainability. Drive execution, manage the dev team, and contribute to strategic tech decisions while staying hands-on when needed.
ROLE:
Coordinate and prioritize development tasks for the team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn ideas into projects
Manage and mentor developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Write and review code when needed
Continuously improve development processes, testing practices, and core tech foundations
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Degree in STEM, Management, or related field (preferential)
1+ year experience managing projects or leading teams in a tech environment
3+ years experience in full-stack web development
Fast learner and sense of responsibility
Pragmatic mindset: focuses on shipping value, not perfection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
