**ROLE**:

- Prioritize and delegate development requests, effectively managing resources to meet project goals
- Drive a results-focused culture by leading and motivating the technology team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with the company's overall objectives and business strategy
- Maintain a high level of quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet expectations
- Oversee testing processes, identify and lead bug fixing efforts

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT Management or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge in PHP (preferred)
- Experience in project management or in a leadership role in a technology-driven team
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical role (programming or QA)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
