This position can be placed in Germany (Munich/Erlangen), Portugal (Amadora-Lisbon) or Sweden (Solna-Stockholm).

**What part will you play?**

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing the strategic agenda of SFS IT in close collaboration with the SFS CIO and in alignment with the SFS Management, SFS IT Management, SFS Strategy and Business Stakeholders. This includes the Digitalization and IT Strategy of Siemens Financial Services (SFS) as well as strategic organizational developments. In addition to that, you belong to our SFS IT Management Team and act as sparring partner of the CIO.
- As Head of IT Strategy (f/m/d) you define and continuously develop the IT strategy and with this actively contribute to the Digitalization Strategy of SFS
- You drive the strategic development of the enterprise IT Architecture of SFS
- You guide our IT Strategy & Innovation Management team and serve as coach and mentor for your team
- You actively advise C-level stakeholders on digitalization, IT and related strategy
- You strongly promote digital transformation throughout SFS; you connect business and technology to understand the value of technology for our organization
- You are the counterpart of our SFS Business Strategy and Business Model Innovation Teams as well as of Business Units for driving the Digitalization of the SFS business
- You are the sparring partner of the SFS CIO
- With your team you act as CIO Office and are leading strategic IT initiatives
- Finally, you collaborate with external and internal partners, e.g., FinTechs, Universities, Solution and Technology Providers, Siemens Technology etc. to leverage on market developments

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have successfully completed your studies in Information Technology, Economics or a similar field of studies
- You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant and profound professional experience in Information Technology or business digitalization
- You have at least 7 years of experience in (strategy) consulting with consistent record of running digitalization/IT and change programs; ideally you were implementing the technological basis for digitalization
- You have profound experience in running the Digital Transformation within an organization
- You bring passion for new solutions, a growth mindset and the curiosity to learn each day something new by following the market developments and market trends
- You have a very good understanding of market developments on the technology side and ideally in the Financial Services industry
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and know how to convince teams, peers as well as Senior and Executive Management
- You think strategically and future-oriented
- You are self-driven and intrinsically motivated to take ownership for your work. You work pragmatically with a “can-do” attitude
- In addition to your native language, you speak and converse in English fluently. Other languages (e.g. German) are desirable
