Join one of the most exciting customer support projects in Portugal, assisting users of a leading global streaming service.****
**This is a fully remote opportunity available for those residing in mainland Portugal.**
**No prior experience required - full training provided**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian
- Resolve user issues related to accounts, software, and configuration
- Respond in real time across multiple support channels
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
**Working Conditions**:
- **Remote work (from anywhere in mainland Portugal)**:
- **Shifts between 7:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday** (5 days/week, 40h), including public holidays
- **2 rotating days off per week**:
- Equipment provided - sent by courier
- Entire recruitment process completed online
**Salary & Benefits**:
- **Base salary: €1000 gross/month x 14 months** (equivalent to €1166 x 12 months)
- **Performance bonus**:up to €100 gross/month
- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€145/month**) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**: €20/month
- **Extra Project Bonus: total of €2000 gros**s, paid in four instalments (€500 after the 4th, 7th, 10th, and 13th month)

Your annual compensation ranges from **€15.980 to €19,180**, including approximately **€1,740 net** in meal allowance (voucher card).
**Requirements**:
- **Fluency in Italian (C2 level)**:
- **Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)**:
- **Current residence in Portugal (mainland)**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
**EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Portugal**
