Good news Swogo, the newest partner of 1WorldSync, is looking for an **Account Executive **to join our team at Porto or Lisbon office locations in Portugal.
Swogo, a 1WorldSync company operates in the thriving and fast-paced world of e-commerce - helping the world’s most successful retailers in 30+ countries to increase their online profit and sales using our automated cross-sell bundle technology. 1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management with 400 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK.
Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, the **Account Executive** will play a key role winning new accounts in the North American market for Swogo by leveraging our unique client offerings and expanding our reach to like-minded retailers speaking to Directors, VPs and “C” Level executives, working closely alongside the wider sales team and our CEO.
As an **Account Executive **at Swogo, responsibilities include the following:
- Negotiating and closing new contracts, ensuring the company’s goals and individual quota goals are achieved
- Developing, maintaining and enhancing meaningful relationships with decision-makers and influencers at various levels
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Swogo to retailers in North America based on their needs and priorities
- Understand their goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget and authority
- Strive to improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Work closely with our Sales Director to develop our sales strategy
- Other duties as assigned
**Outcomes to be successful in this role**:
- Complete an onboarding program with the sales team
- Learn company’s structure and sales processes, and the product capabilities
- Deliver demo calls confidently
- Create first opportunities
- Run the entire sales cycle from demo to contract phase
- Close first contracts, meeting or exceeding their quota.
- Demonstrate consistent pipeline growth and results
- Begin to handle larger customers and grow deal size
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of SaaS based sales experience
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Track record of high achievement in progressive strategic sales and business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous successful hands-on SaaS sales experience (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- A naturally curious and passionate personality
- A keenly developed competitive nature
- A self-driven person with a sense of motivation that is keen to learn and improve
- The ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships
- Excellent business process design and analytical skills
- Ability to keep consistency both, qualitatively and in terms of numbers of results
**Earn some travel miles**
- This position requires up to 15% travel.
