Payments Processing Officer

A Fórum Selecção está a recrutar para a Equipa de Processing Officer (M/F) de empresa cliente no sector da banca.
**Funções**:
- Lidar com todas as tarefas associadas aos processos de cash payment;
- Garantir a execução das atividades durante o dia até ao fecho, respeitando os prazos;
- Cumprir de forma precisa os procedimentos específicos;
- Interagir com vários interlocutores em diferentes países (Inglês mandatório);
- Realizar o acompanhamento proativo/reativo seguindo as situações especificas até à sua resolução.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura;
- Sólidos conhecimentos de Inglês (escrito e falado) - nível europeu C1 ou superior (fator mandatório);
- Conhecimentos de outros idiomas são valorizados (Espanhol, Alemão, Francês);
- Sólidos conhecimentos em MS Office (PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook; Word);
- Experiência em Cash Payments será valorizada;
- Resistência ao stress;
- Orientado para o processo e atento aos riscos;
- Disponibilidade para um projeto temporário com duração expectável entre 6 e 10 meses.
**Horário**:
- 8h diárias, entre as 9h e as 18h
**Condições**:
- Contrato de trabalho com a Fórum Selecção;
- Condições salarias a serem apresentadas em entrevista.
**Tipo de oferta**: Período Integral, Integral/Full-time
