Project Manager - Energias Renováveis

A sua nova função
- Analisar as memórias descritivas e memórias técnicas dos Projetos;
- Definir e Planear as diretrizes centrais com os Site Managers afetos aos Projetos;
- Controlar os Mapas Comparativos, os Orçamentos e Compras, etc;
- Assegurar a gestão do Cliente, fornecendo informações sobre andamento dos trabalhos/fases de construção, constrangimentos, realizações/metas;
- Conceber e estruturar o modelo de funcionamento, report e atuação, definindo timings, templates, processos e workflows no âmbito do Projeto Kaizen;
- Assegurar a Gestão de Recursos Humanos da equipa interna, promovendo o desenvolvimento de competências (técnicas e comportamentais);
- Efetuar o controlo de custos do projeto;
- Garantir o cumprimento do Reorçamento e prazo de obra.

O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido
- Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, eletrotécnica ou equiparado;
- Experiência de 3 anos em funções similares;
- Experiência em Gestão Contratual, Gestão de Risco e Planeamento;
- Experiência em ambiente internacional;
- Conhecimentos de MS Project, Autocad e SAP (preferencial);
- Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol (obrigatório).
