**The Role**
This role is a key part of our People and Talent Chapter, reporting directly to Tracy, Head of People Experience, and ultimately led by our Chief Operating Officer.
We are seeking a versatile and proactive People / HR Generalist to join our People team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR activities - from drafting employment contracts and providing informed employee relations guidance, to supporting recruitment and delivering key people initiatives across the organisation.
As a trusted partner to both employees and people managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of day-to-day operations while also supporting key projects that enhance the employee experience and support the wider goals of the People team. This role requires a strong generalist foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple work-streams concurrently. Experience in end-to-end project management capabilities will also be key to your success, enabling you to drive initiatives from planning through to execution with structure, pace, and accountability.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded, people-focused professional with experience in a small or scaling business, perhaps even in a standalone role, who's used to wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This role offers the opportunity to embed that hands-on expertise into a collaborative team setting, while continuing to build and broaden your experience across a variety of people-focused areas
**Your key responsibilities**
- **People manager and employee support -** act as the first point of contact for people-related queries, providing clear, empathetic, and practical guidance on policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
