para se juntar ao

departamento de Influencer Marketing

Mas o que é que faz um Junior Account?

Então,

  • teu dia-a-dia seria mais ou menos assim:

Identificar, avaliar e negociar parcerias com criadores de conteúdo;

Implementar e monitorizar estratégias de marketing de influência - desde o briefing à execução e reporting - para marcas emblemáticas do setor FMCG, em alinhamento com campanhas de marketing e branding;

Gerir relações com influenciadores, agências e parceiros, garantindo uma comunicação clara e eficaz;

Apoiar na gestão de budgets e assegurar a rentabilidade das campanhas;

Colaborar com equipas internas de social media, paid media e estratégia;

Monitorizar e analisar resultados (quantitativa e qualitativamente), de forma a garantir que os KPI's definidos são cumpridos.

tens o que é preciso para dar o próximo passo

:

Licenciatura em Marketing, Comunicação, Publicidade ou áreas semelhantes;

Experiência mínima de 1 ano em Influencer Marketing;

Excelente conhecimento das principais plataformas de social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube);

Conhecimento das tendências digitais e influenciadores emergentes no mercado;

Forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e gestão de relações;

Conhecimentos sobre algoritmos, principais KPI's, formatos e performance de conteúdo nas diferentes plataformas;

Organização, rigor e gestão eficiente de deadlines;

Mindset criativo e orientado para resultados;

Experiência com ferramentas/plataformas de reporting é valorizada;

Fluência em português e inglês (escrito e falado);

Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft
