Junior E-commerce Key Account Manager
Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, including the largest online players in the country.
  • Support the Offline KAM in managing the online shop of national players, ensuring accurate product listings, correct imagery, and strong visibility on their platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and profitability, contributing to PNL analysis and recommending actions to improve results.
  • Coordinate promotions, online banners, and product activation plans to maximise conversion and visibility.
  • Manage product assortment, stock information, and item setup to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Ensure all listings follow brand guidelines and are fully optimised for search and conversion.
  • Actively prospect new potential e-commerce partners to support channel growth.
  • Support the planning and execution of online promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align digital content, imagery, and campaign materials.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in ecommerce, key account management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, media management, or SEO will be considered a strong advantage.
  • A solid understanding of online retail dynamics and marketplace environments.
  • An analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and the ability to support PNL management. Excellent command of Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and well-organised approach, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish will be considered a plus.
