- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Communicate effectively to convey the value of our services and present performance reports.
- Client Engagement: -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
- Cross and Up-Selling Strategies:

- Identify complementary products/services that align with clients' current purchases.
- Present cross or up-selling opportunities in a compelling and tailored manner.
- Highlight the additional benefits and value of premium offerings.
- Sales Support: Provide compelling proposals that meet the client's needs.
- Monitor and report on cross-selling and up-selling performance.
- Proven experience in account management (+3 years).
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Google Slides/pptx).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- English proficiency mandatory.
- As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Devoteam Creative Tech, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting the pre sales process and ensuring timely and exceptional deliveries.
