FULLY REMOTE POSITION IN PORTUGAL

We are looking for a Remote Freelance Social Media Manager who is a dynamic and creative social media enthusiast with a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and coordinating with relevant team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Foster and nurture online communities, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Analyze social media performance using relevant tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Have:

- Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Knowledge of data analysis and the ability to interpret social media metrics to inform strategy.
- Previous experience working as a freelance social media manager or in a remote work environment.
