Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Within EU and Willing to Relocate to Portugal)
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community building
- Create and curate engaging and informative content to be shared on social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to community engagement, including comments and direct messages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt the social media strategy accordingly
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategy as needed
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
- Prior experience in Web3, ideally as a community manager/growth hacker
- Passionate about decentralized finance, web3, the Metaverse, and NFTs
- Experience creating and curating engaging content
- Solid sense for Social media and memes
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and analytics to inform strategy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for decentralized technology and its potential to change the world
Pay: 3,050.00€ - 4,600.00€ per month
**Experience**:
- managing online communities: 2 years (preferred)
- Web3, ideally as a community manager/growth hacker: 1 year (preferred)
