We provide support in Deal closing, development of commercial tools, and promoting responsible growth. This critical role within Revenue Operations is responsible for actively working with sales, success, legal, accounting, revenue, and other cross-functional teams throughout the deal lifecycle. **What You Will Do** - Manage the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals processes, ensuring compliance with published sales and business approval policies. - Ensure that sales proposals adhere to established corporate strategies and business terms as well as legal and billing terms. - Strategize with Sales team to structure and position complex orders, which involves acting as the liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Order Management, Legal, Product Marketing, etc. - Provide Legal and Finance with context and clarification on complex deal structures and how they are to be treated as it relates to booking credits, invoicing, internal reporting, etc. - Work closely with Sales Leadership on designing new programs to increase deal win rates. - Partner with Sales Operations on process/system improvements, sales enablement, and special projects. - Deliver relevant training to new and existing salespeople on the deal desk, order processes, and overall best practices. **Basic Qualifications** - Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high request volume - 3+ years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Pricing experience preferred - Negotiations, Program Management & Sales Enablement experience are a plus **Additional Qualifications** - CPQ software experience preferred **Benefits** We offer a competitive salary, stock options, a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more - SecurityScorecard does not accept unsolicited resumes from employment agencies._
