With “Experience is everything” as one of our People strategic pillars, Nokia aims to update its human capital management technology strategy for digitalization and related roadmap at least annually. This must be done in response to the continuously evolving economic, business, workforce, and technology requirements. And seamless execution of this strategy requires strong people, domain-specific and technical leadership.
As the Digital People Experience Agile Team Leader, your key objective is to deliver innovative digital solutions and support our CPO digital ecosystem for employees, people leaders, business leaders and users in the people organization in an agile value model. The future challenge will be to implement a new harmonized HCM solution offering industry standard HR processes in a way that makes Nokia the most competitive and leading employer in the communication industry.
In this role, you will be part of Digital People Experience leadership team, collaborate with our digital counterparts from the People and Digital Office organizations, and consult with our stakeholders from Nokia’s business groups.
**You will work closely with**
- Your global team of product owners, solution experts and transformational managers
- Your Digital People Experience peers from Innovation & Digitalization, People Data Privacy, Program Management and the PMO office
- With all of Nokia’s internal customers (Business Groups, Central Functions, CPO teams, Business Leaders, etc.) to represent the Voice of the Customer in our digital roadmap execution, and
- With our trusted external technology partners.
**What are your responsibilities**
- Lead a global team of HR digital professionals focused on transformation and operations including key areas such as user access management, auditing, and SOX compliance
- Implement against the digital strategic roadmap by executing various initiatives working closely with all internal and external stakeholders
- Continually improve and enhance the platform technology in the CPO domain, the people analytics platform and with our robotics/automation toolsets
- Shape, manage and coach the team’s personal and career development in the context of a global and agile mindset
- Build a digital community of practice and related processes focused on people analytics and artificial intelligence and machine learning
**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a large, global organization and experience with a broad set of HR processes is a strong advantage
- Cross-functional and multicultural leadership experience, exposure to building effective teams
- Understand the complexity of HR IT ecosystems and capability to manage sizable and scalable business digital transformation
- Business intelligence skills to understand and analyze large and complex datasets
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Lean and/or agile and/or design thinking experience is a must
- Ability to demonstrate creation and/or use of a structured methodology for change management and change measurement
- Strong and customer focused can-do-attitude
