Join our GBS team as a Team Leader and help us provide valuable and outstanding business services to our customers Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in the area of Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more

**What role will you play?**
- Monitor tasks of team and check progress of activities to ensure timely completion
- Maintains internal procedures and implement new procedures from customer
- Promote close cooperation with customers.
- Responds to operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact
- Direct management responsibility for all employees assigned to the team, for decisions regarding personnel measures and for implementation of these measures
- Contribute to people development and engagement.
- Promote digital transformation within the team
- Participation in Business Continuity related activities
- Drive the Closing Status Meeting in close aligment with Subledgers and CF R
- Drive the Closing Lessons Learned process with CF R
- People oriented;
- Team management & Leadership Skills
- Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
- University degree
- Fluent knowledge of English language Write and Spoken (mandatory)
- Proficient in MSOffice (excel); experience with SAP will be a plus
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation, and professional ethics.
- G/L Accounting background would be a plus
