You will be part of different projects aimed at supporting the group's clients in improving the performance of their digital assets through the collection of business requirements, the setting of the necessary tracks and the analysis of the data collected.

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to support treasury-related projects and/or cash management activities in conjunction with Group /Deputy Group Treasurer and other Stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leads treasury initiatives to improve cash management (account opening, cash pooling), FX, funding solutions, reporting, process, and/or control efficiencies across the Group including assisting subsidiaries with their banking requirements
- Puts in place the funding for Group companies
- Is a point of contact for banking partners and following up with banks to put in place account/cash structures to optimize cash management and recovery of fees
- Works with functional teams and local markets to improve local and group cash management including working capital management and FX
- Proactively manages Subsidiaries to comply with Group Policies including cash upstreaming, daily cash forecasting, and use of banking partners
- Assists with M&A reviews and funding requests
- Independently carries out reviews of current and external treasury practices to drive cash efficiencies within the organization
- Assists Subsidiaries in implementing and using technologies such as the Group’s Treasury Management System and SWIFT capability to drive process efficiencies and best practice
- Ensures documentation including intercompany loan agreements, FX confirmations, and bank mandates are fully adhered to and ensures these are properly executed and returned
- Ensures critical deadlines are met with respect to cash and risk management
- Responsible for partnering with OTC and PTP to build cash forecast and to other stakeholders to integrate important relevant information in the forecast

**Qualifications**:

- Working experience (8+ years of Treasury, different currencies)
- Adaptability - we are looking for someone that can shift between local and global requirements.
- Effective team player with the ability to build strong working relationships and motivate others.
- Highly self-motivated - achiever of targets, both personally and through team
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships (both within a team and with project stakeholders)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
