We're looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our Treasury Investment Management team within our Europe Bank. You'll be carrying out business development, creating portfolio strategies, implementing new products, helping to scale the business, and supporting senior management.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working on creating portfolio strategies to steer investment exposure, liaising with investment managers, the Risk team, and senior management
- Supporting the team in developing our investment management framework, policies, procedures, and standards
- Implementing new investment features and processes as well as monitoring the investment management portfolio performance
- Collaborating with other departments on the first and second lines of defence to ensure cohesion with internal functions and adherence to regulations
- Performing regular investment reporting and communicating to senior management and other stakeholders

**What you'll need**
- A degree from a top university in economics, business administration, mathematics, or law
- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment at a bank, fintech, or consultancy firm
- Experience driving strategies, planning processes, and working on complex projects within capital markets
- Solid communication skills
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- To enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and will to make an impact

**Nice to have**
- A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification

**Compensation range**
- Vilnius: €4,100 - €4,500 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €4,100 - €4,500 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
