**Your Profile**:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing world-class service to new and returning customers
- Experienced in chat customer success roles, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar position
- Quick learner with outstanding attention to detail
- Critical thinker, capable of crafting custom-made responses
- Interest in advertising and marketing
- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
**❤️ Your Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level support to unmanaged advertisers via Ad Studio
- Manage and resolve queries, requests, and feedback received via chat
- Use critical thinking to craft thoughtful, custom-made responses to customer queries
- Identify sales opportunities and support advertisers as a consultative partner
- Command and convey key Ad Studio product knowledge to advertisers with accuracy
- Log issues and escalate technical queries using internal systems
