German-speaking Customer Success Representative

Good communication skills and ability to provide world class service to new and returning customers.
- An experienced chat customer success representative with a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- Critical thinker who can craft custom-made responses and does not fully rely on templated responses.
- Has an interest in advertising and marketing.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Team player with ability to work as an individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flawless written communication skills in German
- English at a B2 level or higher.
- Prior experience with Salesforce case management is a plus.
Provide first level support to unmanaged advertisers placing ads via Ad Studio. - Customer contact via E-mail and Chat.
At a later stage, there is also a possibility that customer contact by phone will be added.
