Are you up to the challenge of playing a key role and contributing to the ambitious growth strategy of one of the fastest-growing companies in sports media?_

We are on the lookout for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to help create, manage and optimize our paid social campaigns across a range of platforms, markets and brands.

**THE ROLE**

As Better Collective’s new Paid Social Specialist, you will be a key member of the Product Paid Media team, controlling large budgets, deploying and testing new initiatives, adiences, and being accountable for the performance of our paid social marketing efforts in 15+ countries. The team is based across our two offices; Lisbon, Portugal and Niš, Serbia so the position would need to be filled in one of these cities.

You will help lead, design and constantly optimize our efforts with the clear aim of reaching the highest number of high intent users, and best performance. You are also accustomed to managing large amounts of data, campaigns, and audiences throughout the marketing funnel and are meticulous in tracking campaign results and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders and management.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience managing multiple paid social campaigns across different platforms
- Has a performance mindset and driven by creating great results
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully run several campaigns at once
- Has an analytical mindset - constantly reviewing and optimising active campaigns
- A proactive thinker who pays real attention to detail and acts upon any opportunities, and look to test new initiatives ongoingly
- Has a solid holistic business understanding
- Holds an interest in sports betting

**EXPERIENCE**
- You have experience with different ad platforms and formats including video
- You are experienced in setting up accounts, pixels and audiences
- You are used to running multiple tracks and products at the same time, and ensure performance across all.
- Experience with lead generation and affiliate marketing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools such as Voluum
- Experience from an agency will be beneficial
