Role Overview:
This role responsibilities include:
- Support the Consumer Products and Processing operations on the execution of key strategic priorities pertaining to Consumer Products (Debit, Credit and Prepaid), ESG Solutions, Processing and Programs
- Monitor the progress being made on each priority, including through the establishment, and tracking of critical KPI’s for Consumer Solutions and Processing
- Effectively implement digital and product strategy into core business operations such as planning and budgeting
- Liaise with the Finance team to manage all budgeting and forecasting responsibilities for Consumer Products and Processing
- Manage the business insights function to synthesize external customer/consumer insights and market trends
The role includes managing a small team.
About You
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, outstanding writing, analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage requests and inputs from senior executive stakeholders
- Well organized - able to prioritize projects with a sense of urgency.
- Able to navigate a matrix organization and interact with people at all levels, countries, teams and cultures at Mastercard
- Agile and able to flex with shifting priorities
- Experience in the Payments industry is a plus
