**Project details**:

Our client is one of the most popular Hotel service in the world. Its services offer amazing hotels deals in many places in the world. Due to the easing of the restrictions caused by the pandemic, interest in the services is growing very strongly. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Portugal.

We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**Your responsabilities**:

- Assist German or English speaking customers and hotel partners regarding bookings and customer demands
- Help the clients with all the booking issues: doubts, upgrades, rescheduling and last-minute requests
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

**Our expectations**:

- You speak German in proficiency
- Fluent English level (at least C1)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
- An ability to work in shifts

**Main duties**:

- Working schedule: Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 23:00 (40h/week) with 2 rotating days off
- Full time job: 8 hours/day, 5 days/ week, rotating shifts
- **Competetive Salary and remuneration system**:

- €1100 gross x 14 months,
- up to €100 gross monthly performance bonus
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan(after 6 months)
- **Fully remote work system from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Lisbon, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro**:

- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
- Recruitment process is 100% online

**Relocation package**:

- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment

Gehalt: 1.295,00€ - 1.395,00€ pro Monat

Möglichkeit zu pendeln/umzuziehen:
