The Payroll Team Lead will be required to execute the following responsibilities:

- Ownership and management of department DTP’s and processes.
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner
- Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production
- Manage relations with social agencies
- Administer employee time data collection and review potential corrections
- Administer employee payroll data
- Review all time data related entered in T&A system
- Coordinate payroll team members in executing the following actions:

- Calculating, control and issue pay slips
- Answering queries about timesheets or pay slips
- Correcting pay slips discrepancies
- Control declaration statement to appropriate organisms
- Process payroll payment
- Review payment files generation
- Continuous watch on payroll legal requirements
- Follow-up of the maintenance of the payroll regulation
- Support transition of country payrolls into the GBS team.
- Support Payroll system projects and transition.
- Effective risk analysis and put effective controls
- SOX & Compliance
- Audits
- Interview and selection of new team members
