**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**
As an **Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor for a Retail company,** you will:
- Managing customers’ expectations regarding the products and shipping deadlines.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
**We’ll be a great match if you**:
- **Have a high level of Italian (written and oral)**:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service
- Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
