**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**
As a **French-Speaking Customer Advisor for a railway company**, you will:
- Provide customer service to help undecided customers choose which travel packages and itineraries fit best their needs.
- Rapidly gain valuable technical skills in the reservations field that will empower you to progress while gaining a privileged view and know-how of the inner workings.
- Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
- Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
- Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
**We’ll be a great match if you**:
- **Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)**:
- Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Can demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service - a track record as a Tourism Representative is a plus
- Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
- Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
