**IT Onsite Technician**: Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our clients location. **Your benefits**: - Buddy program - Car Allowance/ KM Allowance Food Allowance -> Net Allowance - Internal career development program - International job opportunities - Onboarding program **Your skills**: - 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) - Ability to build relationships - Excellent time management skill - Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products - Knowledge of mobile devices - Android and iOS - Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum) **Your tasks**: As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have: - Provide day to day local/remote desktop support - Handle inbound calls and answer questions - Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory - VIP users support - Hardware Assets Management **Be part of us**: Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
