We're looking for an onsite IT Support Technician to join our fast-paced environment and support over 12,000 users across the territory. If you're hands-on, customer-focused, and thrive in face-to-face support roles, this one's for you Location: Lisbon Main Responsibilities:     Deliver top-notch in-person and remote IT support across desks, offices, and field locations Solve hardware, software, and network issues with confidence Manage logistics, stock control, and back-office IT tasks Work through ticketing systems and follow procedures to keep things running smoothly Qualifications Profile: Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, Active Directory, iPhones, Macs, printers, audiovisual equipment (Cisco). Familiarity with network protocols and IT security. Microsoft-savvy and ready to troubleshoot with critical thinking. Fluency in English (mandatory).  Clear communicator & customer-first mindset Reliable, organized, and a true team player Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball Additional Information 100% Onsite – No remote work.
