Estamos à procura de um(a) **Test Manager** para liderar e impulsionar a estratégia de testes em iniciativas de grande escala dentro da MC Digital. Esta pessoa terá um papel central em garantir que as entregas dos nossos produtos e serviços digitais atinjam o mais alto padrão de qualidade, acompanhando todo o ciclo desde a definição da estratégia de testes até à entrada em produção (_go live_).

**Responsabilidades**:

- Definir e implementar a **estratégia de testes E2E** para grandes projetos e programas.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com **equipas de produto, projeto e desenvolvimento**, bem como com parceiros externos, para garantir alinhamento sobre requisitos e critérios de qualidade.
- Planear e estruturar ciclos de testes (funcionais, não funcionais, regressão, performance, UAT, etc.).
- Coordenar e monitorizar a execução dos testes, assegurando visibilidade e reporte claro de progresso, riscos e resultados.
- Gerar **tração e envolvimento** junto das equipas para cumprimento de prazos e padrões de qualidade.
- Implementar métricas de qualidade e processos de melhoria contínua.
- Garantir a rastreabilidade entre requisitos, casos de teste e resultados.
- Apoiar na gestão de ambientes e dados de teste quando necessário.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprovada em gestão de testes em projetos de grande escala (_enterprise level_).
- Sólidos conhecimentos em metodologias e ferramentas de teste (manuais e automação).
- Experiência em coordenação de equipas internas e externas.
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, negociação e _stakeholder management_.
- Orientação para resultados e atenção ao detalhe.
- Conhecimento de práticas ágeis e híbridas de entrega de projetos.
- Português avançado.

**Diferenciais**:

- Certificações como ISTQB Test Manager, Agile Testing ou equivalentes.
- Experiência em ambientes de transformação digital e múltiplos sistemas integrados.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas como Jira, Xray, TestRail, etc.
