**Are you passionate about online advertising and digital innovation?**
Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting one of the world’s leading tech companies. We are looking for a motivated **Marketing** and **Sales Expert** fluent in **German**, ready to drive impactful sales and shape strategic marketing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with B2B customers to identify sales opportunities and consult on digital advertising strategies.
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers.
- Match advertising solutions to client business goals to maximize ROI.
- Provide strategic campaign support and training to ensure advertiser success.
- Proactively upsell existing clients to grow account value.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality-driven results.

**What We Offer**
- **Comprehensive paid training** (5 weeks) with hands-on learning and full support.
- **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
- **Hybrid compensation model.**:

- Base salary + monthly performance bonuses
- Holiday & Christmas allowances included in monthly pay
- Meal allowance (paid by debit card)

- Annual return flight to home country (EU)
- Free Portuguese language classes and cultural activities
- **Private health insurance** from day one
- Native or fluent in **German** (C1/C2 level)
- Proficient in English (B2+)
- Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B or digital marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and adaptable
