You support our team as
Customer and Marketing development (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions and additional services.
- Coordinate and execute sales activities according to defined goals, KPIs, and standards, including account, activity, and pipeline reporting in C4C.
- Collaborate with distributors and customers on promotions, solutions, and basic product training.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets, including regular reporting and sales, budget, and forecast planning in C4C.
- Cooperate closely with CIC, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, KAM, retailers, and third‑party merchandising companies to ensure optimal customer service.
Qualifications
- Secondary school degree required; higher education is a plus.
- 2–3 years of B2B field sales experience with strong market knowledge.
- Understanding of merchandising processes and sales tools/practices.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work independently.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial‑minded individual.
