The Senior Project Manager's mission is to lead simple to complex programs or projects to success, while coaching junior team members, and striving for the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques

**Your Main Activities Are**

Within SBD&T COO, the Product Lifecycle Transformation (PLT) has 2 mandates:
- Product Lifecycle Process Owner: in charge of defining and implementing an harmonized Product Lifecycle framework, and supporting the Business in the implementation of its strategy, through the management of strategic projectsProject Management around the digitalization of Product Lifecycle processes: Scoping, planning, coordination, follow-up, business support

PILAR Global Management:

- Define PILAR vision / roadmap- Be part of the releases using Agile Methodology-
PILAR BAU management & supervision:

- Provide functional support and training- Identify business needs and assure end-user testings- Perform data quality monitoring and manage access rights**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ IT

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Consulting/ Business Analysis / Audit

Advanced level of English

Proficiency in Office Pack (Excel / PowerPoint)

Ability to develop and adapt a process

Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting/ seminar/ training

Ability to manage a project

Attention to detail / rigor

Analytical ability

Organisational skills
