We are currently recruiting for a **Client Advisor - German Speaker** for one of the largest international companies based in Lisbon.
**Functions**:
- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing;
- Communicate information related to products and services to customers;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
**Requirements**:
- Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet);
- German Speaker;
- Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet);
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Preferably with experience in customer service.
**Our offer**:
- Higher than the national average salary + relocation package;

Relocation package: (In case you are not in Portugal)
- The flight tickets costs are refunded, and a welcome team will pick you up at the airport;
The company offers a house maid for free as well;
- The company also offers Portuguese lessons, surf lessons (or other sports), among other benefits;
- The company offers a flight home and back after 1 year;
- Health insurance will be provided at your convenience, and after six months you will be upgraded to private insurance.
