- The procurement support is _**_part of the EU procurement team _**_while we embark on the journey to implement a new ERP system. The aim is to support the EU Procurement team with SAP data input, cleansing and maintenance._
- Main duties of the role:_
- _ Act as a trusted business partner for the EU procurement team and it’s stakeholders._
- _ SAP price-contract input - Mostly for multiple SKU pricing; Contract maintenance i.e. extension of contract-PIR date Calibrate contract balances suppliers where needed;_
- SAP Source list update and maintenance._
- _ Invoice discrepancies - Create report on all discrepancies handled. Optimize the process with Finance._
- _ RM/supplier approval process follow up (samples, documents, etc) with Quality Management and R&D._
- _ Master data (indirect & packaging; RM)_
- _Improve current specs clarity: check with stakeholders what is required_
- Optimize master data process.; Master data cleaning (vendors and materials) and support harmonization -Contact details vendors._
- _ Support system improvements._
- _ Provide Management Reporting & Spend analysis._
- _ Investigate other process efficiency and reporting improvements in close collaboration with the EU Procurement team._
- Required skills & experience:_
- _
Bachelor’s degree according with the Role_
- _ Proficient knowledge of SAP, excellent Excel skills, good knowledge on other database solutions_
- _ Experience with providing management reporting_
- _ 3+ years experience in a multi-national environment._
- _ Drive for results, energetic._
- _ Business acumen_
- _ Service oriented_
- _ Effective communication_
- _ Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines._
