Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations
- Analyze and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the payroll and fiscal processes
- Manage end-to-end the company flex benefits program
- Supervise the HR systems and tools to support the department and HR Ops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement People initiatives, programs and policies that align with the overall business strategy
- Develop, improve, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Sky guidelines
- Act as an adviser on HR-related topics, providing the needed support and resolution to the stakeholders and colleagues
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate regular reports and dashboards
Your Skills and Experience:
- + 5 years of previous experience as HR Generalist/Specialist in People Operations
- + 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- High level of emotional intelligence as well as good communication, and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with different stakeholders, leaders, and managers.
- A flexible approach that allows you to be successful in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment.
- Previous experience working for Digital, Internet, or Software companies in an international environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources or a similar area.
- C2 English Level
